Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Downloadable Digital products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer returns on digital downloads or products that have been downloaded due to their intangible nature.

  • Returns are only accepted for physical products, such as physical sample packs and merchandise.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • How to request a return, please contact our customer support team at [info@strbsounds.com] with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping and handling charges incurred.
